About Harrell & Paulson
Harrell & Paulson was founded in 2018 by attorneys C.R. Harrell and David Paulson. From offices in Kaufman County and Rockwall County, we help clients address legal problems involving injuries, criminal charges, family relationships, estates, businesses, and property.
The subject of a case may be legal, but the consequences are practical. A dispute can affect your ability to work, care for your children, use your property, or plan for the future. Our role is to help you understand the issues and make informed decisions about the next steps.
Understanding the problem before choosing the approach
A useful legal strategy begins with the facts and your priorities. We want to know what happened, what has already been filed or signed, which deadlines are approaching, and what you hope to accomplish.
That discussion helps identify both immediate needs and longer-term choices. Depending on the matter, the next step may involve reviewing records, contacting another party, preparing documents, negotiating an agreement, or seeking relief in court.
Candid advice about the choices ahead
Not every disagreement should become a lawsuit, and not every lawsuit should settle on the first terms offered. The strength of the evidence, likely costs, available remedies, and your objectives all matter. We discuss those considerations so that you can weigh your options rather than make decisions in the dark.
